Considering rule of ACD which prohibit usage of hydroquinone in cosmetic, except for material of hair colorants.
which ingredient 0,3%, hence for industry which is still produce cosmetics containing hydroquinone, have to start over to take anticipative steps with these consequences as follows:
1. Reformulation which eliminating materials of hydroquinone in new formula;
2. Remain to maintain its formula with consequence to change product's category from cosmetics to therapeutic product (drugs).
It could retard the growth of fetus, causing miscarriage & barren. REBOUND effects which is giving contrary response (SKIN WILL BECOME DARKLY/PALLID WHEN THE USAGE OF COSMETIC WERE DISCONTINUED)
